The project consists of 139,285 square feet of new construction. The building is designed around a central Media Center with two 2-story wings on the west side of the school incorporate forty-five classrooms which are, organized into super pods with collaboration and break-out spaces for each grade. The Fifth Grade wing also includes a Science Lab, which opens to an outdoor learning terrace. The building also includes Title 1 rooms, a STEAM room, music, gymnasium with multipurpose flooring, and cafeteria. Cafeteria and Gym are separated by an operable partition, and a platform (with operable partitions on each side) is situated between the gymnasium and Main Street. The site includes a play/learning area between the classroom wings  and a large playground area with walking track on the south side of the site, all of which is to be secured. Utilities will be installed next to the building to allow for six future portable buildings.

Scope of Work:

  1. Aluminum Storefront Windows and Doors
  2. Curtain Walls
  3. Provide of Glass for Hollow Metal Frames and Doors
  4. Window Film

Bid Sheet Preparation:

  1. Prepared markup plans using BlueBeam Revu getting all the elevation Counts and Area.

  2. Model all the elevation to get the accurate area and shop drawings of each elevations to be attached for getting quotations to vendors.

  3. Using google sheets a cost estimate is prepared by putting all the cost based on area, joint, and linear feet of windows with markup and vendor quotation.
